About the Role

What You'll Do at Cold Sun

The ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow transformation initiatives on time and on budget, while keeping stakeholders aligned and project governance tight across cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Manage project plans, budgets, and resourcing across ServiceNow engagements

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders

Track risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout delivery

Lead steering committee meetings and status reporting

Support change management and user adoption activities alongside the delivery team

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, ideally on ServiceNow implementations

Comfort running both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
