About the Role

What You'll Do at Cold Sun

Cold Sun Enterprise is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, facilitate workshops, and help drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews

Document current and future-state business processes

Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria

Support testing and user adoption activities

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers

Assist with roadmap planning and prioritization

Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service

Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Salesforce certifications preferred
