About the Role

What You'll Do at Cold Sun

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale platform implementations and transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, and SecOps. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with solution design, executive stakeholder management, and long-term platform strategy — you'll be the technical anchor client teams look to for the toughest architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for enterprise ServiceNow programs
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable platform configurations and integrations
Facilitate executive-level architecture and governance workshops
Mentor consultants and developers on platform best practices
Define integration, data, and security strategies across modules
Support project estimation and delivery governance alongside Project Managers

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation programs
Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, or SecOps
Multiple ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent)
Strong consulting, communication, and technical leadership skills
