About the Role

What You'll Do at Cold Sun

Cold Sun Enterprise is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge the gap between operational teams and platform capability across our ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, and SecOps engagements. You'll work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing service management processes, and translate day-to-day operational pain points into ServiceNow solutions that our architects and developers can build against.

Responsibilities

Gather and document ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, and HRSD requirements from client stakeholders

Conduct current-state process assessments and identify automation opportunities

Create user stories, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation

Support UAT planning, test script creation, and deployment activities

Partner with Solution Architects to validate designs against real business processes

Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow Business Analysis experience

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices

Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviewing skills

ServiceNow certifications (CSA or module-specific) preferred
