Cold Sun Enterprise is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather requirements, assess processes, and translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and HRSD.

Responsibilities

Gather ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and HRSD requirements

Conduct process assessments

Create user stories and solution documentation

Support testing and deployment activities

Qualifications

3+ years ServiceNow experience

Understanding of ITIL processes

Strong workshop facilitation skills
