Responsibilities

Own technical health of managed client platforms

Design enhancements and optimization roadmaps

Define release, environment, and governance strategies

Mentor support and delivery teams

Qualifications

7+ years on Salesforce, NetSuite, or related platforms

Strong architecture and optimization background

Relevant platform certifications preferred
