The Managed Services Delivery Manager owns client relationships, SLAs, and continuous delivery across Cold Sun's managed-services portfolio.

Own client relationships and SLA performance

Manage release schedules and support backlogs

Coordinate resources across multiple accounts

Drive continuous improvement and renewals

5+ years in delivery or service management

Experience with managed-services or support operations

Strong organizational and communication skills
