Cold Sun Enterprise is seeking a Managed Services Business Analyst to triage enhancement requests, document changes, and support continuous improvement across our managed-services clients.

Responsibilities

Triage and document enhancement and support requests

Create user stories for change requests

Support release planning and UAT

Track adoption and recommend optimizations

Qualifications

3+ years in business analysis or platform support

Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite environments

Strong documentation and stakeholder skills
