Responsibilities

Define delivery methodology and governance standards

Establish program controls and quality gates

Mentor project managers and delivery teams

Oversee portfolio-level risk and dependency management

Qualifications

7+ years in program/delivery management

Experience building or running a PMO function

Strong leadership and governance background
