About the Role

What You'll Do at Cold Sun

Cold Sun Enterprise is seeking a MuleSoft Business Analyst to gather integration requirements and translate complex system-to-system data flows into clear specifications our integration architects and developers can build against. You'll work closely with client stakeholders across IT and business teams to map how data moves between platforms today, and how it should flow once new integrations go live.

Responsibilities

Gather and document integration requirements across client systems
Define API specifications and data mapping documentation
Document current and future-state system interactions
Support integration testing and stakeholder validation
Collaborate with Solution Architects on API design decisions

Qualifications

3+ years of experience on API or integration-focused projects
Strong analytical and technical documentation skills
Comfort working across both business and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with API-led connectivity concepts preferred
